Our rates remained the same for 2022 through 2025, despite rising operating costs. However, the time has come when we need to catch up a bit. So, the rates for 2026 have been increased slightly and are now about 5% to 10% higher. Most of that increase will be reflected in July and summer weekends, the off-season remaining largely unchanged. The way the rates are structured reflects our emphasis on extended stays of 4 nights or longer and away from weekend-only guests.

Please note also that THE NIGHTLY FEE FOR PETS HAS BEEN INCREASED TO $10.00. There is a limit of 4 vehicles parked on the premises per cottage. Additional are $20 per day.
