Welcome!

Before proceeding to our Availabilities and Contact page, please note the following changes for 2010

NEW MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: At least 3 nights (except as noted below)

NEW RATES: The rental rates for our cottages have changed

BOOKING FOR NEXT YEAR (2011) will begin at 8 am Sat. Feb 5th
(instead of Jan 1 as it once was)

Our webpages have been updated and should reflect these changes. However, there may still be some old information on the web or obsolete brochures floating around. If you notice something wrong, please let us know so we can correct it. The information on this page is the most current and supercedes any conflicting information you may run across elsewhere. Thanks!

MINIMUM NUMBER OF NIGHTS. We do not rent for only one night. You must reserve a cottage for at least...

  • 4 nights for holidays in May through September.
  • 3 nights for weekends in May through September.
  • 2 nights for all other times.

An exception may be made if we do not have that many nights available.

THE RESERVATION LINE NOW OPENS ON THE FIRST SATURDAY OF FEBRUARY EACH YEAR.

In the past, we began booking for the upcoming year at the crack of dawn on New Year's morning. Well, that obviously is not the most convenient time for a lot of people (or for us either). So, rather than disrupt everyone's holiday, we have decided to open the reservation lines at 8:00 am on the FIRST SATURDAY OF FEBRUARY. That should give everyone more time to think about their plans for the summer months. And you may rest assured that you can call the morning of 2/5/11 and still be at the front of the line for the best summer dates. However, if you would like to make reservations for the off-season (Oct-Mar), contact us anytime. We are a lot more flexible there.

THE NEW RATES (replaces any and all other information that may be out there).

What's different. In the past, we charged according to the number of people. Now, it is a flat rate. Also, 10% tax has always been included in the old rate, but not itemized as such. For the benefit of those who may be tracking their expenses for business or income tax purposes, we will now be breaking it out separately.
