MINIMUM NUMBER OF NIGHTS. We do not rent for only one night. You must reserve a cottage for at least...

  • 4 nights for holidays in May through September.
  • 3 nights for weekends in May through September.
  • 2 nights for all other times.

An exception may be made if we do not have that many nights available.

RESERVING FOR THE PERIOD MARCH 2010 THROUGH FEBRUARY 2011.

We are in the process of streamlining the way we take reservations. In the past, we began booking for the upcoming year at the crack of dawn on New Year's morning. Well, that obviously is not the most convenient time for a lot of people (or for us either). So, rather than disrupt everyone's holiday, we have decided to open the reservation lines at 8:00 am on the FIRST SATURDAY OF FEBRUARY. That should give everyone more time to think about their plans for the summer months. And you may rest assured that you can call the morning of 2/6/10 and still be at the front of the line for the best summer dates. If you have some ideas on this, we would love to hear from you. THE NEW RATES (replaces any and all other information that may be out there).

What's different. In the past, we charged according to the number of people. Now, it is a flat rate. Also, 10% tax has always been included in the old rate, but not itemized as such. For the benefit of those who may be tracking their expenses for business or income tax purposes, we will now be breaking it out separately.
