HOW TO CONTACT US or BOOK A RESERVATION

(1) Read the rates and minimum night requirements here.
(2) Decide upon a block of 2 or more nights you are interested in (We do not book for one single night).
(3) Fill in the form below with your name, mailing address, email, and the specifics of your inquiry. All fields are required and must be filled in completely.
(4) Click the "SUBMIT" button.
(5) A pop-up screen will provide you with our telephone number and email address. Please allow 1 to 3 days for a reply.
(6) Once you have made a reservation, we will mail a confirmation letter to your mailing address 2 to 4 weeks prior to your arrival date and likely will request that you phone or email us back to re-confirm your plans.

Note: We do not take credit cards, so you will not need to post an advance deposit...UNLESS you have a record of cancellations, no-shows, or bad checks, in which case we may ask you to prepay for your reservation.

You must provide your actual name and mailing address complete with zip code since we will use this to mail you a confirmation letter around 30 days prior to your arrival. Also, your email address must be correct...since that is where you will receive a reply to this and future communications. If you are a regular customer, you may also be able to book a reservation by email.

When you submit the form below, a pop-up screen will give you our phone number (available 9am - 4pm CT). However, since we are a small family-run business without a huge staff, we request that you not leave a callback number and ask us to call you back. Instead, if you get the answering machine, wait a couple of hours and try again.

You may inquire about off-season openings, but please do not ask about June, July or August. What you see at the top of this page is what we have left. You may ask to be put on the waiting list, however. Be sure to specify which cabin(s) and dates you are interested in -- and make sure your email is correct. Thanks.
