Rates for 2012 (In effect since 11/9/09)

UNIT 1

 $65.00 a night  plus tax Standard off-season (Sept - Apr) rate
$65.00 a night  plus tax Discounted summer season (May - Aug) rate
Applies for:    5 or more consecutive nights, or
   1 or 2 people in only 1 vehicle
$90.00 a night  plus tax Standard summer season (May - Aug) rate

UNITS 2 & 3

 $110.00 a night  plus tax Standard off-season (Sept - Apr) rate
$110.00 a night  plus tax Discounted summer season (May - Aug) rate
Applies for:    5 or more consecutive nights, or
   1 or 2 people in only 1 vehicle
$135.00 a night  plus tax Standard summer season (May - Aug) rate

What's different. In the past, we charged according to the number of people. Now, it is a flat rate. Also, 10% tax has always been included in the old rate, but not itemized as such. For the benefit of those who may be tracking their expenses for business or income tax purposes, we will now be breaking it out separately.

Important Changes for 2010-2011

MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS:

We do not rent for only one night. You must reserve a cottage for at least...

  • 4 nights for holidays in June through September.
  • 3 nights for weekends in June through September.
  • 2 nights for all other times.

An exception may be made if we do not have that many nights available, or if the reservation is booked within two weeks of the arrival date.

BOOKING FOR SUMMER 2012 will begin at 8 am Sat. Feb 4th (instead of Jan 1 as it once was)

However, you can make an off-season (Oct-Apr) reservation anytime.
